I was looking at that card for a while and was tempted, but the key catch is that it only supports off the air signals. Meaning you need an antenna. You can't use it with your cable or satelite system. But, if you're already watching HDTV off an antenna, it seems like a great way to go. Scott Chuck R. Anderson said:

It supports Linux (and does not officially support anything BUT Linux), and does not obey the "broadcast flag". It will only be legal to buy such a card until July 1, 2005:
