You mean, letting lots of newbie students loose on a large network with machines they barely know how to use, let alone keep reasonably virus/trojan/hacker free? Yeah, we call that "A Term" <G>. At least most linux distributions actually have a sane update mechanism, unlike the mess that is Windows Update. Plus, <plug type=shameless>we have a working up2date server on the WPI campus for anyone on the campus network to use.
