[WLUG] Zoom Safety-Privacy-Security Question on Ubuntu

Hey Gang, Is the Zoom meeting client a relatively safe thing to download unto a machine running Ubuntu? I thought I should ask here, as googling will gives me different responses. Thanks Ron
