[Wlug] Burning MP3s onto CD

HI gang, OK, so let's say that I get one of those players that plays audio CDs or CDs with a bunch of MP3 files on them. (I don't mean converting the MP3s to audio first). My question is this: what format is used for the MP3 CD? Is it just a standard ISO9660 CD with the MP3 files and playlists(?) layed out with a particular directory scheme? Or is it something else?
