Ping pong is very important in the workplace. Nothing short of a high end time scheduling software package should do. However, given the budget requirements for the former, I would recommend and have been using Webcalendar on my site and like it so far: http://webcalendar.sourceforge.net/ There is a live demo there as well, but sometimes the language is not english. In that case, find the link for the login, demo/demo is usr/pw, and then find the link for prefs where you can change it to english. BR
