I have no problems booting win2k on my laptop through lilo. RedHat 7.1 saw it and happily added it to my lilo menu. I got fed up with the ntfs support tho, so I ended up reformatting the win2k in Fat, and I'm much happier now. -Marc On Monday 28 May 2001 12:55, you wrote:
Hi all,
I am getting a notebook with Win2k preinstalled, and I would like to repartition the drive and set aside a few hundred megs for a GNU/Linux installation. So I was wondering if Lilo would be able to boot Win2k? Also, how well is NTFS supported in the Linux kernel?
Thanks in advance for any help!
