Hi Tim,
I think the issue with WPI has been inconsistent room bookings,
especially in May due to the number of large events taking place. Now
that those are over it should be relatively* easy to get a recurring
reservation in for one of the campus center meeting rooms on a monthly
basis. Happy to work with the events office and see what'll work.
