I discovered a list of these in the KDE Control Center under Information...Protocols (thanks to a reply from the suse-linux-e mailing list). I tried them out and some of them are quite cool, especially "print:/". I think "camera:/" would be cool if it worked with my camera. "audiocd:/" was interesting since I think it does a file format conversion on the fly if you drag/drop the file someplace.
