<SNIP> I've been using ZFS on linux (native, not FUSE, and mostly for root and all) for a bit now on my personal machines, first on Gentoo then on Ubuntu 15.04/15.10 (and now 16.04), and I've been pretty happy with it. The only problem I've had was it getting a bit unhappy in a memory constrained environment.. But that is pretty understandable given the feature set. And for the docker using folks out there, you can use the ZFS storage driver instead of using AUFS... Frank
