Well, the network is acceptable. I've seen some outages -- the recent thunderstorms put them off the air for over a day, but I'm not running anything mission critical. I really like the bandwidth. Their support is another matter. They rarely respond to email, and then after a couple of days. Their frontline support is clueless. They claimed one problem was because my email address was case sensitive. It wasn't (I tested), and when I informed them of that fact, their email communication stopped. They like you to call their phone line rather than use email, but the wait on the line is inexcusable. They claim that the wait is short, but I've never experience a short wait. Bill
