Another floppy distro one could use is Coyote Linux. It appears to have a more recent version of the kernel (2.2.19) than the versions of LRP I found(2.2.16). It is based on LRP and has easy install scripts that walk you through the disk creation. There is also a disk creation tool that will run on Windows. It might be worth checking out. FYI, both the Coyote and, I believe, LRP contain exploitable versions of ip_masq_irc, ip_masq_ftp, ip_masq_raudio.
