[Wlug] Super Wifi arrives in Hanover County, NC

Just read that Hanover County, NC, is moving to the FCC's authorized use of unlicensed broadcast frequency ("white spaces"). So, maybe it's a good time to put a proposal together to get our state counties to do the same. Anyone know the technical specs that would lay out a viable solution our county commissioners can consider?
