My wife had a Coleco vision and Lady bug was one of the games they had for that system.
My MIL once commented that she knew this was why she shouldn't play video games, apparently she sent the kids off to school, decided to play some lady bug and then the kids were coming in the door, she'd played it for hours.

Very very cool.

The remake was well done but used sprites taken from the arcade game. I replaced all the graphics with new creations. I also modified the game to support two player simultaneous. I wrote up an Open Game Source article about the changes.
