That's a very good question; sorry for not explaining earlier. A cryptoparty <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptoparty> is an event where people get together to learn about encryption and communications privacy.
Is it a keysigning?
"plan to cover" makes it sound like a lecture.
Installfest?
There's a bit of a lecture component, but I usually think of cryptoparties as workshops. I find they work best when people bring laptops, to set up and try the software (GnuPG and Jitsi in this case). In that sense, they're a little like installfests (e.g., the "help you install and set up" part). That said, laptops aren't a requirement; it's okay to hang out, listen and watch. Since GnuPG is one of the topics, there will probably be some keysigning involved.
"Party" makes it sound purely social. Drink wine and solve cryptograms?
