Hi all, I'd like to report (if I didn't before) that having Charter come up and replace the existing DOCIS 3.1 modem with one that does DOCIS 3.2 seems to have cleaned up and fixed alot of the problems. Or at least when it does drop, it re-connects much much faster so it's less of a pain in the ass. We will see how it all works out once we're all back in school/work full time remote next week.
