It sounds like the DNS is set up correctly, but QMAIL doesn't know it's
supposed to accept mail destined for that domain.  Take a look through
the Qmail config docs.  I'm sure it tell you how to fix that.

Well, I've got a problem here.....
Can somebody help me....

I've just built a new qmailserver, I can send email using my email
address, but I could not receive any mail that sent to my address. In
fact, I think i dont have problem with pop3 setting.

Everytime I check my mail in my new qmail server, it is always say "NO
NEW MESSAGES", it looks like it doesnt have a problem. but, ever person
that tried to send me an email to my address that defined in my new
qmail server, the sender got replied from my server (MAILER_DAEMON).

The message that the sender got after they sent me an email look like
this bellow :
