I have a hinted that a memory stick would be a nice stocking stuffer this year. Any recommendations for a 1 GB stick for use (mostly) on linux?
Can I format a FAT partition for Windows use, too?
I have a 1G "SanDisk" and "Apacer" brands and have had no problems with them. The SanDisk came with NTFS preformated, i just formated back to FAT32 to use with both linux and windows. --- Karl Hiramoto <karl@hiramoto.org> http://karl.hiramoto.org/ Yahoo_IM = karl_hiramoto GTalk=karl.hiramoto@gmail.com ------ - BOFH Excuse #286: Telecommunications is downgrading.
