-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 HI everybody, Mel Korman came to his first WLUG meeting this past Wednesday asking for our help to get Linux installed on his laptop. Those of us who attended the meeting thought that his RedHat 9.0 might be too old for its installer to comprehend the external USB hard drive on which he had hoped to copy Linux, so I gave Mel the SuSE 9.3 Pro CDs which I had at the time, in the hope that he'd have a better time with the installation. Mel gave it a try at home but things are not working. Mel has offered to pay someone who would be willing to get Linux installed on his Thinkpad laptop (where Windows is also installed). If you are interested in helping Mel, please contact him directly at finkor@verizon.net. Thanks!
